Vilson Nikollaj was born and raised in the Motor City. He studied Electrical Engineering at Michigan State University and later received his Master's degree in Engineering Management. He began his Real Estate career in Michigan and brought his Midwestern work ethic and enthusiasm to San Diego where he helped investors in everything from hard money lending, land entitlements to multi-million-dollar flips. After 5 years, Vil moved to Florida in 2019 to continue real estate in the sunshine state.
